Wise Man’s Grandchild first appeared on television in 2019. This Japanese anime impressed kids and adults alike. Wise Man’s Grandchild or Kenja no Mago, (translating to The Sage’s Grandson) is a Japanese manga. This was also serialized into a show carrying the same name. The novel series has illustrations by Seiji Kikuchi. This manga has been preserved in thirteen volumes. It is more or less fantasy and has a war type backdrop. Wise Man’s Grandchild Season 2 Plot
Shin Wolford is a Japanese employee who works for a publisher. There is little that runs in the show before Shin dies. Soon, he gets hit by a truck. He, then, is reborn in a mystical world. This world is very different from what he has come from.
A patriot and people’s hero, Sage, adopts him. He is named Shin by Sage. As Shin grows up, he assumes the teachings of Merlin. Soon, Merlin realizes that Shin only has powers but no common sense at all. Since Shin is now 15, he is recommended to attend a Magic Academy. But, on one condition. The grandfather promises Diseum that Shin shall never be used for political warfare. Shin, unaware of this, save two girls in the Capital. Wise Man’s Grandchild Season 2 will continue from here?

The Cast
Multiple characters make the show a great series. Since it is an animation, there are mostly voice artists that play characters through sounds. We have animated Shin Wolford, the protagonist takes the center stage mostly. We have August von Earlshide, King Diseum’s son, Maria von Messina, second daughter of Countess and Merlin Wolford as the Grandfather in the main lead.
There are also many supporting characters on the show. There are Sizilien “Sicily” von Claude, Alice Corner, Thor von Flegel, and Lynn Hughes. We, also, have Melida Bowen, Elizabeth von Koralle, and Michel Collins in the cast.
