Your Lie in April also known as Kimiuso is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Naoshi Arakawa. It got serialized in Kodansha’s Monthly shonen magazine from 2011 to 2015. The A-1 picture produced anime first season aired on Fuji TV from October 2014 to March 2015 then the viewers liked the show and gave a rating of 4.7 over 5. However, Your Lie in April Season 2 is yet to come.
Your Lie in April Season 2 Plot
The anime with a mixture of genres of drama, comedy, and romance is quite popular. Another great mixture of anime has several characters that give this a life and make us relate to it. Some of the characters are Kōsei Arima, Kōsei is a former child prodigy in playing piano, dubbed the “Human Metronome” for his near-inhuman mechanical accuracy, a product of his mother Saki’s overly strict methods of teaching.
Another interesting character is Kaori Miyazono, Kaori is Tsubaki’s classmate; she is a free-spirited violinist. Tsubaki Sawabe, Kōsei’s childhood friend and next-door neighbor, treats him like a little brother. She is athletic and is part of the softball club at school and many more are there. Your Lie in April Season 2 will also take up the story from where it left in season 1
The first season plot is about Piano prodigy Kōsei Arima dominates various music competitions and becomes famous among child musicians, but also controversial. When his mother Saki dies suddenly, he has a mental breakdown while performing at a piano recital. This results in him no longer being able to hear the sound. The plot of the second season is yet to be revealed as the producers are being tight-lipped. Your Lie in April Season 2 will return soon!
The Cast
As there is no official announcement for Your Lie in April Season 2, therefore, talking about the cast is a bit hard but the central character will remain there those are Kosei Arima portrayed by Natsuki Hanae, Kaori Miyazono acted by Risa Taneda, Tsubaki Sawabe played by Ayane Sakura.
Your Lie in April Season 2 Release Date
The chances of getting a new season are almost close to nil but we might get a few more bonus episodes in the form of OVAs. If you are stuck with those emotions of this anime go for another anime there is no point in waiting around. But in the unlikely scenario of the show getting renewed. Season 2 release date could be sometime in 2021.
