Hyena is a legal drama based South Korean series. Written by Kim Roo-RI, directed by Jang Tae-Yoo and Lee Chang-woo, it first aired in 2020 on SBS TV. This show deals with the theme of class discrimination and the private lawyers who only work for the richest 1% of the society and are highly competitive. Hyena Season 2 is in most anticipation.

The Plot
This series deals with the highly competitive and ambitious private lawyers at Song & Kim who work for the wealthiest one percent of the society. Even though the writers made these characters morally ambiguous and flawed, they leave a lingering presence. Both Kim Hye soo and Joo Jo hoon showcase very bright chemistry and lead the show forward.
This legal drama series deals with two lawyers, Yoon Hee Jae played by Ju Ji hoon who is an elite lawyer at Song and Kim law firm, and Jung Geum JA played by Kim Yee so who is an ambitious lawyer at an unknown law firm. Both are determined to win every lawsuit at hand. Yoon Hee Jae is born and bred in a rich household and takes cases from very wealthy clients. While Jung Geum JA also takes cases from rich clients but aims to benefit her struggling law office.
With developing romantic feelings for each other along the way, they both search for truth. We witness a bust of questionable law practices and ethics. Emotions and adrenaline in our veins run high.
Hyena showoffs the female lead as her strength and personality is stronger than most males in the drama. It is shown that her persona is a result of a tragic past and her struggles made her come of it stronger than ever.
The Cast
Hyena Season 2 will star Jung Geum JA played by Kim Yee, Yoon Hee Jae played by Ju Ji hoon, Lee Geung young as Song Pil Jung, Kim Ho Jung as Kim Min Joo, Oh Yoon hong as Baek Hee Joon among others.
