And this is the case of the stepdaughter of the famous American comedian Steve Harvey.
The case:
22-year-old stepdaughter of Steve Harvey, Lori was the accused in the case. She slammed her Mercedes SUV into another car and flipping over ‘while texting and driving at the same time.
The accident took place around 9:40 pm. She had been at dinner with a friend in Malibu earlier in the evening. It is learned that she was not drunk but was ‘texting and driving’ at the time. The other driver pulled her from her SUV, which had flipped upon impact. Lori then reportedly tried to walk away from the scene but was arrested.
A picture of Lori surfaced where she was sitting on a chair on the sidewalk after being held by police. She was arrested for the two charges and released on the scene, not booked.
She identified herself properly and signed a written promise to appear in court,’ a Beverly Hills Police Department spokesman said of the incident.
So, Lori Harvey has managed to avoid jail this time. She was dating Future in November, shortly after the model allegedly ended a brief fling with rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs. However, the family Feud host said that he didn’t know anything about Lori’s potential new relationship.
Steve Harvey is Pissed…
As for the recent accident, Steve is indeed pissed at Lori. It’s justified, though. One ought to be careful while driving. There are a lot of pictures surfacing online of the accidents. It’s fortunate that there is no causality.
Needles to say, we hope Lori will be careful henceforth when driving a car. Lori’s Mercedes G-Wagon is completely flipped on its side, and it isn’t a small car. Fortunately, no one was injured much.
