After the dark and gloomy end of season 5, Peaky Blinders Season 6 is finally happening. Big news for the fans who were deliberately waiting to know what will happen next. This English crime drama from television had rooted its set back in 1920s Birmingham, England. It aims to highlight the aftermath of World War I. The show has its eyes following the exploits of the crime family of Shelby.

The director of the tv show, Anthony Byrne has already confirmed the next season of Peaky Blinders. As per the information by Production Weekly, the shooting was supposed to commence on February 11, 2020. The location was set in Liverpool and Scottland.

Steven Knight has informed, “We are definitely doing (series) six.” In an interview with the Birmingham Press Club, he said, “And we will probably do seven.” So, it is expected to witness on Netflix by the end of 2021 or in early 2022. A long way to cover!
The Cast
All the major characters would be in play including Cillian Murphy as Tommy Shelby. The others are Finn Cole as Michael Gray, Helen McCrory as Polly Gray, Natasha O’Keeffe as Lizzie Shelby, Paul Anderson as Arthur Shelby, and Sophie Rundle as Ada Shelby.
At the end of season 5, Tom Hardy in the skin of Alfie Solomon had made his dramatic reappearance. So, we can expect him back in season 6, with a motive. Also, another character of Sam Claflin, Oswald Mosley had escaped with his life. He can also return to the show for season 6.
Getting Back To The Last Episode Of Season 5
The action-packed conclusion of the last episode was highly nerve-wracking. We have seen Tommy was left wandering in the mist. Also, there was his dead wife and the horse he killed earlier in the series that he will witness. This suggests that his hallucination had hit him back. He pointed the gun towards his own head, on the verge of pulling the trigger.
The Plot
The end of the last season marked the boldest cliffhanger in the history of the entire show. Alfie Solomon, who was shot down by Tommy, did not eventually die. He will resurrect again in Peaky Blinders Season 6.
The audience to keep their seat-belts tight till the end as new challenges will emerge with a lot more plot twists. Steaming up with the supernatural notes, this season will bring home a lot more than the fans could expect.
